Weekly Update

Losing internet is annoying.  But when your cell network is also down, that’s really frustrating. I don’t know what it is about Xfinity and T-Mobile’s infrastructure in my area, but something can take them both down at the same time. This is the second time that it’s happened since I moved in a little more than a year ago.

No internet of cell from 7:30 PM Friday night to 11:30 AM Saturday Morning.

But complaining aside. I saw Dune. I am a huge Frank Herbert fan. I love his books (and not just Dune, but love the Dosadi Experiment and The Godmaker). I was nervous on this movie. They gender-swapped Liet Kynes’s character.  I was worried they would side-line Paul in favor of the female characters, Chani and Lady Jessica.

But they did not. Other than Liet Kynes change, it was a very faithful adapation. I loved the choices for the characters. Jason Momoa really gave Duncan Idaho’s character his due. He’s been reduced in the last two. But all the characters were great. Stilgar, Duke Leto, Lady Jessica, Gurney Halleck, Doctor Yueh, and Baron Harkonnen. They pulled off the Young Paul. None of the adaptations have had either a good Young Paul and a good Paul Maud’dib. Since this is only half the book, no idea if the actor can pull of Paul Maud’dib.

They’ve announced Part 2, and I’ll be there!

I read a new manga this week. My Wife Has No Emotions. It’s about a guy who falls in love with his cooking robot. She can only cook and clean up after herself. She’s the cheapest model that can barely do anything.

But he’s a lonely guy and forms an attachment with her. She seems to be wanting to reciprocate, but she doesn’t fully understand things. It’s a very interesting story with some cute stuff and some humorous moments.

But I was real thrilled to see the next volume of The Demon Girl Next Door has come out. Volume 4 continues our weak demon girl trying to get the dark power to break the family curse and defeat the magical girls.

Said magical girls are her best friends and trying to help her get strong, too. That’s how pathetic Shamiko is. But she keeps trying. It’s in the 4-koma style, that is four panel strips stacked horizontally. It’s very much like the comic strips in American newspaper. It’s a fun series and adorable.

One of those manga I’m glad I bought the first volume of.

My favorite hottie from iStripper this week is the gorgeous Tatiana Coco.

This week, she dressed as a naughty schoolgirl in Sweet Little Sixteen. It’s a hot show as she dances around with that tartan tie between her big tits.

Just a gorgeous woman.
