Midnight at Goodesnatch Farm (Legends of Lust Book 6)

by Zadie Black

Sir Richard Lance is on the trail of a evil sorcerer with a devious spellbook. but when a storm falls on him, he takes refuge at Farmer Goodesnatch’s house.

The mighty knight has inflamed the desires of Mrs. Goodesnatch and the delightful Cherrie. Once the farmer is in bed, the knight will have more temptation than he can handle, and he’s not a man to say no.

He just hopes that the farmer stays asleep. But is everything is as it should be at the farm?

This was an absolutely fun tale. Black knows how to write a hot scene and stitch together an entertaining story. She mixes fantasy with erotica with expert skill. Her prose is a delight to read. She will definitely not leave you hanging.

Review of ‘Forbidden Genie’

Review of ‘Forbidden Genie’

by Tori Dean

reviewed by Reed James

Isabella is a genie princess about to marry Prince Michael, a man she has no interest in marrying. But there are rules. All three of her older sisters have married their arranged princes, and now it is her turn. But when her younger sister, who loves Michael, hatches a plan to have the man she loves, Isabella finds herself locked in her lamp and thrown into the sea.

Luckily for Isabella, she’s found nearly a year later by Edward and his dog. Now Isabella has her chance to live her own life and find her own love. With Edward’s help, she begins to explore her new life. All she has to do is wait a few months for her younger sister to marry Michael.

But will she get that time as she falls in love with Edward?

Forbidden Genie is a sweet romance, light on the sex, but full of innocent and joyful love. Isabella has her chance to find the happiness she craves instead of the life her parents are forcing on her. I was little disappointed on how little her being a genie impacted the plot. Was hoping for a bit more magic in the story. These genies are quite technically involved, but she does have her three wishes.

Dean does an excellent job penning a short, sweet romance, using the genie angle to add obstacles lacking for characters in the normal world (how many princess, even today, are in arranged marriages they can’t get out of?).

If you like short, sweet HEA romances, especially with a touch of magic, than you will enjoy Forbidden Genie

I give ‘Forbidden Genie’ 4.5 of 5 lamps! At $0.99, ‘Forbidden Genie’ will warm your eReader up with its romantic story. You can buy it at Amazon!

At Lusty Soul’s request, Spoiler Warning!

d4c5cc2d85be008c1967edd984aac47d611b32eb-thumbLucy the succubus is back for another story. This time, she has the hots for the sexy, young woman that cuts her hair.  Elbe isn’t Lucy’s normal girl, but the bisexual succubus is eager to find out what makes Elbe so special.

When Lucy finds out, she is thrilled. Elbe is everything Lucy needs in a partner, and she’s not about to let go even when Elbe’s uptight, religious brother comes around causing problems. Lucy will fight to keep her relationship with Elbe.

While the author bills this as an erotic story, it is really more of a transgender romance. A short one, but one that is very sweet and touching. The author wants to play coy about who the trans person is, but don’t let the surprise shock you. Go with the story and let yourself be sucked in by Lusty Soul’s excellent writing.

I give it 4.5 out 5 sexy haircuts. The Haricut will deliver a delicious surprise to your eReader!

Review of ‘Ecstasy in Chaos’

Review of ‘Ecstasy in Chaos’

by Lilith K. Duat

reviewed by Reed James

B019LQAIX2.01.LZZZZZZZIn the ancient past, there were once two Aphrodites, Ourania and Pandemos. Each over saw different aspects of love and lust, but neither seemed complete. The goddess felt they should merge, become one being, but who should be the dominate? Ourania or Pandemos?

A game is devised, oversaw by Athena the virgin goddess. Names would be randomly drawn from a helmet and the goddesses would take turns proving which form of love is best.

What follows is a series of erotic scenes catering to all wants and desires. Lilith mixes real mythology with steamy erotica, expanding on the world introduced in Balance in Chaos. There is something for everyone from guy-on-guy, lesbian, cuckolding, threesomes, and more. Each erotic scene is its own story of love and lust carefully crafted by Lilith, who is a master at squeezing out every ounce of passion from a scene.

My favorite was the lesbian scene. It is hot stuff. I won’t spoil the players, but it is one steamy read.

As always, Lilith manages to interject heart into her stories that keeps you reading and excited. The story and scenes build to an amazing crescendo! For fans of Balance in Chaos, this book serves as a prequel, tying into that tragic tale.

I give it 4.5 out of 5 nubile goddesses! You can pick up Ecstasy in Chaos for  $2.99.

Review: Good Pussy, Bad Pussy in Captivity

Good Pussy, Bad Pussy in Captivity

by Amy Aimee

reviewed by Reed James

Good Pussy Bad Pussy in Captivity coverRachel is enjoying her new life. She is with Albert and their new daughter. Their love is fresh and new. When Albert wants to get married, Rachel is resistant despite the advantages of marrying a billionaire. But when Albert goes to the middle east, Rachel will regret that decision.

A terrorist group attacks and kidnaps Albert, plunging Rachel into grief. For months, she waits for news while the negations for his release grow less and less promising.  Soon, only Vincent, the CEO of Albert’s company, is talking to the terrorist.

But Vincent wants something from Rachel. If she doesn’t submit to his desires, he won’t pay the ransom to free Albert. Rachel is only Albert’s girlfriend. She has no authority in his company, and even teh house she lives in isn’t hers. Rachel is trapped in her own captivity as she discovers pleasure in being forced by a man she loathes.

Will Rachel’s sacrifice ensure Albert’s release?

Amy captures the paralyzing despair of tragedy. The book is full of sex, and Rachel finds pleasure even in the worst situation, much to her horror. You find yourself rooting for her as she does what she has to for the man she loves. I will say ,the later half at the retreat dragged the story for me. Once again, Rachel runs off and abandons her kids as she did in the first book, but it is not nearly as selfish this time as she is struggling with real issues. All in all, i enjoyed it more than first book. Amy has improved as an author.

I give it 4.5 out 5 stars. The book keeps you reading as you hope for Amy and Albert’s reunion. Do they get their happy ending? You’ll have to read Good Pussy, Bad Pussy in Captivity to find out!

I was given a free copy in exchange for an honest review!

Review of ‘The Disturbia Ritual’

Review of ‘The Disturbia Ritual’

by Lilith K. Duat and Maria DeLynn

reviewed by Reed James

B0164KLJ90.01.LZZZZZZZCorvus is a broken, grieving man. His wife has died in a tragic car accident and he can’t move past her. Night after night, he contemplates jumping to his death to see Ava again.

But he knows that Hell awaits him.

One night, a strange woman appears, a porcelain ballerina with the head of a candy calavera (Mexican skull candy). Midnight is beautiful, enchanting, and ushers in an erotic night. At the end, she promises to reunite him with his wife if he does four tasks for her.

Corvus agrees and Midnight pricks him with a poisoned needle and he falls into the strange afterlife of Disturbia. There, he must service four women to win Midnight the four keys she needs.

The Disturbia Ritual is a darkly erotic and macabre tell of love and hope. Lilith and Maria make the disturbed sexy, feeling every page with passion and loss. Each character is broken in their own ways and looking to feel once again.

Lilith and Maria have penned another great story. They make you feel for their characters and keep you reading. What will happen when Corvus finishes his task. Will he be reunited with his wife?

How hot is… ‘Seduced by the Siren’

How hot is… ‘Seduced by the Siren’?

by Colleen Little

reviewed by Reed James

colleen little sirenLeah has always loved the sea. For the last year she had lived on the beach often hearing a sad, lonely song. One night, feeling lonely and depressed, Leah decides to head to the beach and go for a swim. The singer is out, and her song is even louder and more haunting. Everything changes when Leah meets the source.

Leah didn’t expect to meet a sexy siren (who is definitely not a mermaid, despite having a fish tail). The pair are drawn together, both reaching out for companionship. Leah is in for a night of passion in the arms of a sexy siren.

Colleen Little builds Leah’s sense of loneliness, making you excited when she makes a connection with Amalia, siren. Their passion is hot. Colleen puts you into Leah as she  is lost to the siren’s touch. The pair make naughty love!

I give it 4.5 out 5 sensuous songs. At 0.99, Seduced by the Sirens will bewitch your eReader into a night of lesbian passion.

Review of ‘Balance in Chaos’

Review of ‘Balance in Chaos’?

by Lilith K. Duat and Maria DeLynn

reviewed by Reed James

BiC_Cover_Kindle2War has descended to Egypt. Alexander the Great has brought his Greeks to conquer the mystical lands. Chaos rains on the battlefield, and Anup (better known as Anubis) is overwhelmed by the number of souls flooding into his domain. Wanting to discover the source, he finds the Greek goddess Discordia spreading chaos and causing death.

What starts as a verbal argument turns sexual as the sensual Discordia awakens unfelt desires in Anup. Discordia is changed by Anup, a love growing between them. But when the Egyptian god of chaos, Seth, discovers their affair, he exposes their illicit congress to the Greek gods.

Zeus is not pleased, and tragedy follows.

Balance in Chaos is a story of love, redemption, grief, death, suffering, and hope all mixed together in the story of Discordia and Anup. This short novella took me on a whirlwind of emotions from the tenderness of Anup’s healing to the final moments the story.

Lilith and Maria have penned a story that while dealing with gods and mythology (and quite cleverly the way the weave different tales) but yet feels so real.

I give it 5 out of 5 broken antlers! You can pick up Balance in Chaos for  $2.99.

Review of ‘Louie & Louie’

Review of ‘Louie & Louie’?

by Damien Osborne

reviewed by Reed James

Louie & LouieLouie is a PI with two personalities. One is an intelligent man, always calculating and thinking, examining people’s motives. The other is obsessed with sex. Louie works out of the Den: “an urban palace of lust, vice and black-market deals.” The Den is run by the beautiful and brutal Miss Desiree, who is not afraid to break knees if you violate her rules.

When Karla (with a K) walks in, asking for his help to find her friend, things happen. Her friend likes to drink with a woman named dJenga Dunsloe. After Karla is revealed to be  a cop, Miss Desiree reveals that dJenga is in the club.

This is where things get weird. How weird, read to find out.

I found Louie & Louie to be a mixed back. I found the beginning to be intriguing. When Karla walks in, Louie’s internal dialogue as he both tries to dissect Karla and her phony acting while also interrupted by the comments of the other Louie worked well, but then the second act introduced five new characters.

It’s an intriguing setting, but the short story is too rushed to develop either the setting or the characters well enough. There is sex with some interesting descriptions, and Louie multiple-personality character is great, but he does very little, if anything, to resolve the story, acting as a by-standard in his own tale.

I give it 3 out of 5! You can pick up Louie & Louie for  $1.99.

I was given a free copy in exchange for an honest review.
