How far would you go to make a sale? Callie Moore is about to find out. She’s a divorcee that has just started her own realty business and she is struggling. She just needs to make that one sale that will really turn the tide for her business, prove she is successful, and attract more business. She’s trying to sell a house listed for 3 million to a rich couple. The wife seems interested, but now she has to sell it to the husband.

Mr. Stephens’s is rich and handsome, and as she shows him all the accouterments, she can’t help but notice the way he’s checking her out. Sex sells, so she dressed to impress, and it’s paying off. Mr. Stephens can tell she’s desperate to make the sell, so he gives her an offer—he’ll buy the house if she she goes all the way him.

Callie doesn’t hesitate and she and the billionaire have quite the romp. Well written, steamy sex follows. Ann pulls you into the sex, and paints the image of the beautiful Callie becoming Mr. Stephen’s high-priced whore. It seems she’ll do anything to make the sale! I’m eager to read further installments, as Mr. Stephens proposes an interesting way to make more money and hints that his wife maybe up for joining in on the fun.
