How hot is… ‘Coed Housing’?

Denise (Denni to her friends) and Kim decided to live off campus for their senior year of college. Only problem, they rented a cesspool without realizing it, getting ripped off by their slumlord. Dorms have already filled up, so the two girls are in a bind on housing. When Denni finds an ad it seems like the perfect situation.
Gage, a widower, is renting out the upstairs of his house. He’s lonely, and just looking for some companionship. The two girls quickly move in and Denni finds herself drawn to Gage’s lonely heart. Can the nubile coed and the older widower find love?
Coed Housing is a very well written romance short. Chloë Monette has a nice writing style and her characters have some great banter. But it’s short for a romance and the sex is lacking for a straight erotica. And while the scene is hot despite lacking penetrative sex (she puts her tits to good use), the story could definitely used more build up on the romance or more sexy action between the sheets.
I give it 4 out of 5 student housing! Pick up Coed Housing for $.99 at Amazon is a great value, and follow Chloë on twitter @ImChloeMonette.
I was given a free copy by the author for an honest review.
