Reito, a young man, has to go into cryogenic sleep because of a degenerative disease that will soon kill him. The doctors believe within five years, various AI will have cracked the cure and they can revive him. Before he does, he confesses to his childhood friend, Erika, that he loves her.

When he wakes up, he finds that a lethal virus has killed off almost the entirety of the male population of the world. Only those five men who had that rare disease, and preserved cryogenically, are immune to the MK Virus. Now Reito is needed to start the next generation. A harem of beautiful women are ready to breed with him.

And he can only think about one girl: Erika. Only problem, she disappeared three years ago.

Worlds’ End Harem is one naughty story, and one were the male character as a real motivation not to have sex with the women throwing themselves at him. He doesn’t want to cheat on Erika. Instead, he’s driven to find her. He has to know if she’s alive, or died in the chaos in the wake of the virus. Only then can he settle into his role as a breeding stud.

It’s an interesting take on it from the usual harem manga where there’s all sort of contrived reasons why the guy doesn’t want to hook up with the girls, from conflicting jealousies, to a timid nature. I truly find myself caring for Reito and hoping that he can find Erika. It’s a great premise.

On top of that, it has some sexy art, borderline explicit at time. This manga doesn’t shy back from the naughty bits. Can Reito hold himself back from temptation in his quest to find Reito, or will he give in to the horde of women eager to bear his child?
