In the future, extra-dimensional beings known as Otherworlders, have invaded the world. Their devastating attacks have forced humans to build massive floating cities and abandon land. The only defense are the Hybrid Heart Gear, mecha suits bonded with a human being. So far, only women have proven effective using them.

Kizuna Hida is summoned back to Atraxia after being rejected as a child for his HHG being too weak. A use has been found for him. New research has discovered a new way for the female HHG users to have their energy recharged faster: love. And since lust can be a shortcut to love, Kizuna will need to grope their lush and scantily clad bodies to power them up to fight the Otherworlders.

It’s definitely one of the more direct excuses to create a harem story with one guy who has to get into sexually enticing situations with a bevy of beautiful girls. The book abounds with the three girls (for now) wearing the most ridiculously skimpy “mecha” outfits that show off their boobs and butts to the fullest. Our lucky main character will have to make them all but orgasm to ensure they have the energy to save the human race!

The art is great. The girls are hot. It has an Eva vibe about it with the mecha city, the young pilots, and our protagonist having a gender-swapped Gendo for his mother (complete with kicking him out because he’s useless only). It doesn’t have the deep pathos or exploration of the human spirit that Eva has, but it does have lots of anime boobies.

All and all, it’s a fun and naughty harem manga! If you’re a fan of the possibilities of where a story like this can go, then you need to give it a try!
