Issei has completed his training for the upcoming competition and is eager to be reunited with Rias, Asia, and the rest of his friends. He’s pumped. He’s grown stronger, and he’s ready to show off. He’ll get his opportunity when Koneko’s evil sister shows up wanting to tempt her to switch sides.

Issei will have to unleash his new powers to take on the cat girl and her allies in the Khaos Brigade. To unlock his new powers, Issei needs inspiration. He’ll need to do something he’s always dreamed of to Rias and her large, busty breasts.

If she’ll let him do naughty things to her and unleash passion in her, he’ll have the inspiration to unleash his Sacred Gear to its fullest.

This was a fun read. We have more of the Khaos Brigade introduced, the villains building up their own team to counter Rias, Issei, and the others. There wasn’t as much fan service in this one, but what we got was hot.

Issei’s perversion continues to be the source of his powers, and that is amusing.

The art is great. The story flowed. I’m eager to start reading volume 11!
